Yes. We check the material, brand and condition of every pair and bag before we start. If we think cleaning could harm it, we call you before doing anything.

Most stains can be cleaned, but some set-in or old stains may be difficult to completely remove. We always do a stain treatment prior to laundry or dry cleaning, then do a final check afterwards. We sometimes re-clean to make sure the stain is cleaned.
Yes. Leather, suede and fabric bags are cleaned inside and out, conditioned and polished. Prices start from £35 for fabric bags and £89.95 for a standard leather handbag. Allow up to 2 weeks from collection.
Yes, large items such as duvets, curtains, blankets, and comforters can be cleaned.
Yes. Trainers, leather shoes, suede and boots are cleaned by hand and deodorised. Prices start from £19.50 a pair for leather shoes, £25 for trainers and £50.95 for boots. Most pairs are back in about 3 days, while sheepskin and UGG-style boots can take up to 2 weeks.
Yes. Orders collected before our 2pm cut-off can be back within 24 hours at no extra charge, as long as the garments are suitable for the 24-hour service. Some items need more time.
For a thorough clean, we recommend our three-day service, as some stains need two or more cleaning cycles to come out.

No, it is a guide. We check every item when it reaches us and confirm the final price based on the material, the cleaning it needs and anything else we find.
Yes, our minimum order is £25. If your order comes to less than £25, we will charge your saved payment method £25.
You can send day-to-day laundry that can go through a washing machine and tumble dryer, such as T-shirts, trousers, bedding and underwear. Items are washed at 30°C and tumble dried as standard, and pricing is based on the weight of your order. Ironing is not part of this service.
Please don't include items that can't be machine washed or tumble dried, anything marked dry-clean only, bath mats, duvets or other bulky items, shoes, pet beds or pet items, or flammable items including heavily greased fabric.
Standard wash and fold is a straightforward wash and fold service. Premium wash and fold uses premium detergents and a premium fold, giving your laundry a wardrobe ready finish. Just let us know at the time of booking if you'd like the premium option.

Clean & press means we clean the item, then press and finish it. Iron only is for items that are already clean and just need pressing, and costs 20% less, except for shirts.
Suits, dresses, coats, wedding gowns, curtains, delicate fabrics, leather, suede, silk, wool garments, down jackets, and formal wear can all be dry cleaned. Care label below.

Payment is processed after we’ve completed cleaning your items and updated your order with the final garment count and balance. We’ll charge the saved payment method in your account just before delivery, ensuring a seamless and transparent process.
