1. Enter your street address to confirm if your address is within our coverage area.
2. Create your account and add payment information to proceed with your order.
3. Once logged in, you will see your account dashboard, just click "+ Order" at the bottom your dashboard 
4. Select  a suitable collection & delivery date/time.
5. Add a note of your required service or special request/promo code if needed. Submit Oder, if you are happy with your selection.

We'll handle the rest. We will collect and count your garments, and make any needed changes to your order and invoice once they arrive at our depot.

You can choose your preferred delivery slot when placing your order. Please note that turnaround times vary between 1 and 4 days depending on the garments sent. We will always try our best to meet your chosen delivery slot, but we may need to adjust it slightly to make sure your garments are properly cleaned in time. Once your order is ready, we will email you an updated receipt showing the itemised list and confirmed delivery slot.

Please note that if your order value is below £25, your bill will be adjusted to our minimum order value of £25.
