We look over every pair before we start. If cleaning could harm it, we call you before doing anything.
Choose a slot and pop your shoes in a bag, laces in. We'll pick them up from your door.

From £25 a pair for canvas, mesh or leather trainers, £29.95 for high-tops or suede and nubuck, and £39.95 for designer pairs. Kids' trainers are £19.95, leather shoes start at £19.50 and boots at £50.95.
Most trainers, shoes and boots are ready in about 3 days (72 hours) from collection. Sheepskin and UGG-style boots need specialist cleaning, so allow up to 2 weeks.
Often, yes. Add sole whitening when you book. Very old or deep yellowing may not come out completely.
Yes, with suede-safe cleaners and brushes. Water marks and colour loss may not fully come out.
They will come back clean and fresh. Wear, creasing, colour loss and some stains are permanent, and we will tell you before we start if we spot any.
