Your 2% switches itself on
The two £5 credits are added by our team by hand. The 2% isn't — as long as your friend signed up with your code, our system automatically starts crediting you 2% of every order they place after their first one. Nobody needs to tell us; it just runs.

Where do I find my referral code?+
In the Invite tab, or via the "Get Free Credits!" banner — both appear in the app and the web booking tool once you're logged in.
How do I actually share it?+
Tap Invite Friends from the Invite tab. You'll see your referral benefits and can share your code straight to social media, or copy it to send however you like.
How does my friend use the code?+
They enter it in the Invite/Promo Code field while creating their account, in the app or on the web booking tool. Nothing else to do on their end.
How do I get my £5?+
Let your driver or a member of the team know once your friend's first order has gone out. Our team adds the £5 to your account by hand, so it isn't instant — but it will be added.
How does my friend get their £5?+
The same way — once their first order is processed, our team manually adds the £5 to their account.
What if the credit hasn't been added?+
Just let us know. Since both £5 credits are added by hand rather than automatically, it's easy to double-check — tell us and we'll get it added to your account.
Is the 2% ongoing credit automatic?+
Yes. As long as your friend signed up with your code, our system automatically credits you 2% on every order they place after their first one — once that first order is processed, it just switches on. You don't need to tell us each time.
Can I get credit for leaving a review too?+
Yes — if you haven't already, leave us a review and we'll add an extra £5 credit to your account, on top of anything you earn through referrals.
