More Than Just Laundry – We’ve Got You Covered!
Items are washed at 30°C and tumble dried as standard. If you'd prefer a hotter wash at 60°C, just let us know and we'll arrange it. Ironing is not part of this service. Pricing is based on the weight of your order, so there's no issue if it comes in a bit heavier than expected.
Mixed wash
All your laundry goes into one wash and dry cycle together, just as you've sent it, with no separation by colour.
Separate wash
Your laundry is split into two loads, lights and darks, and washed apart to lower the chance of colours bleeding into each other.
Day-to-day laundry that can go through a washing machine and tumble dryer, such as t-shirts, trousers, bedding and underwear.
Empty all pockets before your bag is collected. If you're booking other services alongside this one, keep your Wash & Fold items in their own bag so our driver can tag it correctly.
Your laundry is returned clean and neatly packed in a bag. Choose between our standard service, a straightforward wash and fold, or our premium service, which uses premium detergents and a premium fold for a wardrobe ready finish. Please let us know at the time of booking if you'd like the premium option.
