Why do prices say “from”?
Each price is for a standard item. Fabric, embellishment, size and the finish it needs can change the price, so the listed price is where it starts.
Is my estimate the final price?
No, it is a guide. We examine every item when it reaches us and confirm the final price based on the material, the cleaning process it needs and anything else we find.
Can you clean designer trainers and handbags?
Yes. We check the material, brand and condition of every pair and bag before we start. If we think cleaning could harm it, we call you before doing anything.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, orders start at £25. If your items come to less, we add a top-up to reach it. Collection and delivery are free.
What is the difference between Clean & press and Iron only?
Clean & press means we clean the item, then press and finish it. Iron only is for items that are already clean and just need pressing, and costs 20% less, except for shirts.
Why do shirts cost the same for iron only?
Every shirt is pressed and finished by hand. That careful finishing is most of the work whether we clean the shirt first or not, so iron only and clean & press cost the same for shirts.
How is a service wash charged?
By weight. Standard and premium washes are for loads of 6kg or more; choose a small load for anything lighter.
Why is my total rounded?
Order totals are rounded to the nearest 5p, so your estimate is too.
