Most stains can be cleaned, but some set-in or old stains may be difficult to completely remove. We always do a stain treatment prior to laundry or dry cleaning, then do a final check afterwards. We sometimes re-clean to make sure the stain is cleaned.

Yes, we provide 24 hour express service for no additional charge for most laundry and dry cleaning garments, provided the order is collected before our 3PM cut-off time. However, we recommend our three day service to allow sufficient time for a thorough clean, as some stains need two or more cleaning cycles to be removed.

Our minimum order values is £25. This means that we will charge your saved payment method £25 if your order balance is less than £25.
You can send day-to-day laundry that can go through a washing machine and tumble dryer, such as t-shirts, trousers, bedding and underwear. Items are washed at 30°C and tumble dried as standard, and pricing is based on the weight of your order. Ironing is not part of this service.
Please don't include items that can't be machine washed or tumble dried, anything marked dry-clean only, bath mats, duvets or other bulky items, shoes, pet beds or pet items, or flammable items including heavily greased fabric.
Standard wash and fold is a straightforward wash and fold service. Premium wash and fold uses premium detergents and a premium fold, giving your laundry a wardrobe ready finish. Just let us know at the time of booking if you'd like the premium option.
